Hotel Resources Group, LLC is a company that sells building materials to general contractors and owners who are constructing or renovating commercial buildings. This position works with project management team and estimating staff specifically in the area of ordering materials, verifying vendor or manufacturer acknowledgements, maintaining shipping status and logistical info in HRG system, expediting materials, coordinating deliveries of materials to jobsites, verifying pricing, etc... Estimating abilities would be an advantage but not required. Communication with HRG customers, manufacturers as well as HRG staff. Areas of expectation - working with minimal supervision although industry and job training will be provided, expertise to plan and organize, proficient with details (required) Tasks to be mastered: Manufacturer nomenclature, characteristics of materials supplied by HRG to customers, job file format and HRG office processes.
