SUMMARY: The Assistant Professor of Business Management is responsiblefor instructing undergraduate courses for majors and non-majors,maintaining an active program of scholarship, providing service asrequired, and engagement in professional development. RESPONSIBILITIES: Teaches courses equivalent to twelve semester hours per semester inaccordance with relevant academic policies. Provides servicethrough committee work, academic advising, and other duties asassigned (e.g., curriculum development, outcomes assessment,recruitment, retention, program review, etc.). Maintains an activeprogram of scholarship as evidence of professional accomplishment,including, but not limited to, seeking extramural fundingopportunities. Engages in continued professional development.Provides feedback and grades to students on a timely basis.Participates in program, division and faculty meetings. AttendsFall Convocation, Honors Convocation, Common Dialog Day, andCommencement on Adrian campus.
