The Labovitz School of Business and Economics (LSBE) at theUniversity of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) invites applications for afull-time, tenure-track faculty position in the finance area at theInstructor/Assistant Professor level beginning Fall 2017.Approx 2,000 undergraduate and graduate students arecurrently enrolled in the school's programs. Both the undergraduateand graduate programs are AACSB-International accredited. Theschool is housed in a state-of-the art building. There arecurrently 53 full time faculty members in the following academicdisciplines: Accounting, Economics, Finance, ManagementInformation Sciences, Management Studies, and Marketing. The Schooloffers the Bachelor of Accounting, Bachelor of BusinessAdministration, Bachelor of Arts (Economics) and MBA degrees.Regional outreach is accomplished primarily through activities ofthe School's Center for Economic Development, and the Bureau ofBusiness and Economic Research.
