Plant Human Resources Supervisor needed in the Florence area, up to $60K. Company cannot sponsor or transfer any Visas at this time and will relocate within the USA. Responsibilities: ? Leading and directing the activities of the HR staff involved in the administration of compensation, benefits, paid time off, leave of absence, workers compensation and other HR related programs; ? Ensuring compliance with company policies and governmental regulations; ? Providing assistance to HR managers and supervisors on HR policies, programs, and procedures; ? Coordinating and administering various company HR programs; ? Employee staffing including recruiting, sourcing, testing, interviewing and checking references. Education: 4-year degree required; Human Resources or related disciplines preferred. Critical skills: ? 4+ years of background in manufacturing Human Resources; ? 2+ years in a lead role; ? Knowledge and understanding of regulations for labor, compensation, and benefits;
