Maintenance Technician - (North Myrtle Beach, SC)

The Perfect candidate We are looking for a capable and highly-motivated maintenance professional who takes great pride in their work and a job well done. This person must also be customer-service oriented and respond to all assigned tasks promptly and with a positive attitude. What You Will Be Doing Position duties to include, but are not limited to the following: Inspects all operating systems and components of the hotel to ensure they are operating properly, efficiently and safely, as directed by Chief Engineer. Promptly responds to front desk reports of guest problems or concerns, informs the front desk when action is complete. Performs preventative maintenance, repairs, or makes recommendations for repairs, as assigned. Maintains the grounds daily, including landscaping and parking areas in a clean, neat, safe and terrific manner. Performs the “PM” schedule on a timely basis, ensuring that all elements of the guest room meet resort standards.
