Staff Educator,Staff Education - (Neshanic Station, NJ)

Develops, teaches and reinforces staff education standards throughout the organization by providing educational opportunities for employees that will assist staff to: 1) maintain the qualifications of their position, 2) meet the standards of performance of regulatory agencies and accrediting bodies and three ) enhance the level of skill and proficiency in job performance. 8:00-16:30 Monday-Friday BSN required, MSN preferred; 2yrs of background in Healthcare Education and/or 4yrs nursing background in Behavioral Health. Current NJ RN License; ANCC Certification in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing.
