Warehouse Supervisor - (Florence, AL)

CSS Industries, Inc., a global consumer products company, is seeking a second shift Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Florence, AL! Duties and Responsibilities: * Expertise to supervise multiple work orders successfully. * Works with Warehouse Manager in setting personal and departmental objectives. * Determines personnel qualifications for shift and assign position qualifications to employees. Guide and instruct employees in the performance of their job responsibilities. * Direct and oversee the accurate completion of all paperwork. * Inform warehouse manager of any problems in a timely manner. * Ensure Company's safety policies and procedures are followed. * Enforces standards of department - picking, quality, safety and housekeeping. * Works with manager to increase departmental efficiencies. * Manages all personnel issues for shift. * Manages timely shipment/receiving of company products and appropriate record keeping.
