Manager Laboratory CLS MT Acute Care Hospital - (Tulare, CA)

A tightknit, community hospital located in California's sunny Central Valley is currently seeking a dedicated Manager of Laboratory Services for their growing department. The Acute Care Lab Manager will lead a passionate staff of ten to 15 Clinical Lab Scientists and Medical Technologists and provide direct daily oversight for the operations of the department. They will collaborate with the MLT Director of the Laboratory to provide insights and develop solutions to ensure the smoothest and most efficient operations for the unit possible. They will additionally be involved in continuous quality assurance for the lab by providing constant and regular evaluations for the lab's systems and processes, including those related to infection control. The Hospital Laboratory Manager will join a 150-bed facility that is known among the community for its kind and compassionate approach to healthcare.
