Seeking Automotive Chassis DYNO/Dynamometer Test Technician - (Marysville, OH)

Seeking Automotive Chassis DYNO/Dynamometer Test Technician for long-term contract in Marysville,OHIO Technician will be responsible for conducting chassis dynamometer testing using a climatic chassis dyno. Responsibilities: ? Conducting tests to our written procedures and acquiring data. ? Work from a test plan submitted by the Dyno Leader and Test Engineer. ? Install and remove cars from the test cell. ? Fuel car between tests according to our safety procedures. ? Expertise to troubleshoot and repair thermocouple issues. ? Capability to change a wide spectrum of automotive parts as needed. ? Will need to learn the operation of three different dynos. ? Occasional vehicle instrumentation. ? Assist Engineer with countermeasure and vehicle spec changes. Qualifications: ? Flexible work hours are required, as well as occasional overtime. ? Position will be first shift with occasional second shift. ? Knowledge of dyno (dynamometer) operation is required. ? A strong understanding of automobiles is required.
