QA Software Tester - Enterprise Applications - (Farmington, UT)

Job overview Job Summary The Software Tester will develop and execute detailed test cases/test scenarios and bring bugs to resolution. The type of testing being done is primarily functional, UI, smoke, rest api testing, automated testing on the applications involved. Some data creation and validation which requires SQL statements will come into play. *Creating and using test validation scripts in a preferred language will be advantageous. Job duties Work within a highly collaborative environment where developers, testers and the business collaborate closely as a team to deliver the best possible software. Escalate issues which affect productivity and quality promptly. Be involved in End to End testing with multiple projects before deployment to production. Must be able to utilize Agile development and testing methodology and participate in all aspects of the software engineering life-cycle including qualifications, planning, design, development, and testing of all kinds.
