QDDP- Support and Quality Assurance - Winamac - (Winamac, IN)

QDDP QUALIFIED DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITY PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS : Min of Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral or Social Sciences and at least 2 years background working with persons with developmental disabilities. Must have expertise to work well in a team; excellent interpersonal and written correspondence skills. Basic technical skills including but not limited to sending and receiving e-mail, accessing web page, entering basic data and common use applications are required. CRITICAL FUNCTIONS : Participate in the admission process regarding all clients on assigned caseload. Ensure that all programmatic needs are met. Coordinate the inter-disciplinary team process and serve as an advocate for all persons on caseload. Monitor the implementation of the Individualized Support Plan. Support the direct program staff in the development of best practices concerning respect/dignity, client choice, functional activities, effective teaching strategies and Active Treatment. DUTIES :
