Job DescriptionJob Description – Design ConsultantReports to : Design Studio ManagerBasic Function : Consults and directs the home buyers in the selection of all standard and upgrade options to personalize the home.Responsibilities :Consult with the home buyer to determine the budget and vision for their new homeProfessionally sell WBS upgrades as they relate to the initial consultationHome buyer appointments seen as needed based on builder/design center needsFacilitate home buyer appointments based on WBS established appointment flow criteriaConduct home buyer appointments up to and including multiple accounts, being a back-up or as directed by managementProperly prepare for each consultation by having a current knowledge of home buyer folder, plan features, blue prints, etcManage design appointment in designated appointment timeProficient in the builder selection processMaintain a current expertise of the builder's programsVisit communities, sales counselors
