Property HR Director - (Las Vegas, NV)

Direct all recruiting and employment activities for management and hourly positions. Administer all associate benefits programs, open enrollment Oversee FMLA, personal leave, short-term disability, ADA accommodations Oversee the performance review process Conduct new hire orientation, and other associate training as necessary Oversee workers comp, light duty, safety committee, and OSHA programs; minimize lost time accidents Administer progressive discipline, performance improvement plans, suspensions, investigations, terminations Conduct all exit interviews Respond to all unemployment claims, represent company at hearings as needed Plan and execute all associate events, communications, recognition programs Organize and oversee community philanthropy Knowledgeable in PeopleSoft, ADP, Taleo, Outlook. Ms excel, Ms word, Powerpoint Education & Background: Min of three years management experience in an HR department within the hospitality industry.
