The Production Quality Manager is responsible for the front-line management of the Vehicle Service Attendant work force to ensure the cleanest car at the right time. The PQM will spend much of their time directly supervising and coaching the VSA workforce. This is a hands-on leadership position and will require significant commitment to improving the quality and productivity of the hourly staff. The production quality manager will be accountable for the locations VSA productivity and cleanliness metrics. The comp package includes a competitive base salary.
