Senior Training Specialist - (Evanston, IL)

Position details: The Senior Training Specialist is a dynamic, experienced learning and training professional with strong skills in instructional design, technical writing, adult learner training, and project management. This position will play a critical role in delivering the University's vision for administrative processes and systems training to transform our training strategy from a primarily classroom-based delivery model to a primarily web-based (on demand) delivery model. The Senior Training Specialist will facilitate learning in an effective and engaging manner to improve knowledge, skills, and competencies for system end users. The Senior Training Specialist is responsible for designing, creating, and delivering courses for University applications (financial management system, alumni info management system, reporting system, etc.).
