Sodexo Aviation is seeking a new Area Executive Chef to be the Director of Culinary Operations for the American Airlines Admirals Club portfolio of business. In this role you will provide oversight and support to a $60 million food and beverage operation comprised of 50 American Airlines Club and Lounge locations nationwide in 21 US airports. You will be directly responsible for culinary training, menu development and operational execution for newly built full service signature FLAGSHIP Dining kitchens and five-star restaurants, FLAGSHIP Lounges with hot and cold buffet style food service offerings and Admirals Club complimentary food and food for sale menus. The ideal candidate will have background with: Leading and managing kitchen brigades- teams Menu and recipe development Hiring and training culinary talent Must have prior successful background managing multiple locations in multiple states.
