$106,787-$141,627 plus bonus of up to 9% of base salary/ ($51.34 - $68.09/hr) We are recuiting a Director of Heart/Lung/Vascular Service Line. This is a new position Eligible for annual at-risk payout of up to 9% of base annual salary Reports to Chief Physician Network Officer Relocation negotiable Qualifications: BSN required, Ohio RN license required; an ADN with a Masters Degree does NOT meet the min requirement; the RN MUST have a BSN as well. Masters required or must be obtained within 2 yrs Must have at least 3yrs of healthcare management experience Must have at least 3 yrs of Heart & Vascular background Great healthcare system located about one hour east of Columbus, OH and 2 hours west of Pittsburgh! Rural city with rolling hills located in eastern central OH.
