Come grow with us! Join our team as a Store Manager I at our Layton, UT location. This position manages the operations and personnel at a store. Duties and Responsibilities: 1.Conducts on-site visits to current and prospective customers promoting company products and services in order to increase sales. 2.Attains sales goals and Shareholder Value Added objectives for the store through management of strategic sales plan and effective utilization of company assets and staff. 3.Manages and participates in the sales transactions of the store, including counter and phone sales as well as arranging product delivery. 4.Determines customer pricing levels for product purchases and makes point-of-sale pricing determinations in order to secure sales.
