MORE ABOUT THIS JOB This paralegal position presents an opportunity for talented and motivated applicants to combine their interests in finance and the law and is an excellent opportunity for applicants considering a career in corporate law or business. The paralegal would be expected to assist attorneys on the Private Wealth Management (PWM) legal team, with a principal focus on supporting PWM's private lending attorneys. On the private lending side, the paralegal would, among other duties, help prepare loan documents, review corporate governance and trust agreements, maintain and update loan document forms and track negotiated documents, and coordinate with lending teams and operational teams to close finance transactions.
