Corp Paralegal II DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY:The Corporate Paralegal II job necessitates advanced and specialized paralegal training, background, and ability to support the attorney's regulatory, operational and transactional work. S/he works independently and exercises discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance in the coordination and completion of governance/corporate filings, maintenance of an entity database, due diligence, preparation of contracts with physicians and vendors, corporate/legal documentation, legal research, construction/architect documentation and real estate matters in a health care law setting as well as monitor the production and execution of a variety of projects. This job necessitates the ability to work in conjunction with and under the supervision of attorneys but with judgment for taking appropriate activities independently.
