Walker Rehabiliation and Healthcare Cetner is seeking caring and hard working Licensed Practical Nurses for all shifts for our Skilled Nursing Facility Located in Walker, MN. Duties include but are not limited to: Providing direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and facility guidelines Supervising Certified Nursing Aides Medication and treatment administration Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance with policy and procedures. Addressing concerns and reporting to the Registered Nurse Requirements- Current License by Minnesota Board of Nursing to Practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse abilty to communicate properly, work with a team, expertise to interact with co workers, family and residents.
