Position title: Human Resources Administrative Assistant Department: Human Resources Reports To: SVP of Human Resources and Corporate Compliance FLSA Status: Non-Exempt SUMMARY: The HR Administrative Assistant is responsible for the administrative support of day-to-day operations. Assist the SVP of Human Resources and Corporate Compliance in the planning, organizing and preparing of all departmental tasks. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Handles employment application intake, conducts reference check Performs computer data entry and personnel file maintenance Assists with new-employee orientations Prepares recruitment reports and job postings Updates job descriptions as the agency/department needs change Responds to inquiries from staff and outside agencies Provides administrative support to SVP. Manages the SVP's calendar/ appointments Updates and distributes timecards and allocations to management team Responsible for the generation of check requests
