The Clinical Laboratory Supervisor will collaborate with the Laboratory Manager to oversee the daily operations of the unit, ensuring that the laboratory is performing up to fiscal, state and federal guidelines. They will oversee the assignment of appropriate laboratory work to personnel, including lab technicians, to ensure quality and efficiency standards.
