H.O. Penn Machinery, the Caterpillar Dealer for New York Metro and all of Connecticut is looking for a Technical Trainer to join their team! This position can be based out of any of our 5 locations: (Poughkeepsie NY, Bronx NY, Bloomingburg NY, Holtsville NY or Newington CT) Reporting to the Technical Training Manager, you would be responsible for the following: Ensure technical training is delivered in a way that contributes to the technical proficiency of H.O. Penn's technician workforce Personally facilitate/deliver identified scheduled classes, otherwise ensure delivery Prioritize training needs and determine delivery method (s) of training (s) Develop and communicate training calendar/schedule in a timely manner
