Design Engineer - (Paso Robles, CA)

Immediate Need for: Direct placement and permanent opportunity located in San Luis Obispo, California for a Design Engineer. Our manufacturing client has been in business for over 75 yrs who primarily works with the aerospace and military industries. Looking for someone with 5 yrs of background working with CAD, preferably CADKEY. Ideally looking for someone who is familiar with electro-mechanical components and design. Targeting to find someone with very good knowledge of drafting standards including ANSI-Y-14.5, DOD-D-1000 and Mil-STD-100. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree related position or equivalent training and background Min five years working with CAD, preferably CADKEY Min 2yrs of professional work designing products Background with product design for connectors (electrical/optical), accessories, conduit, assemblies Background performing developmental and 1st time design work including documenting products and components
