Description Job overview Summary To deliver professional, meticulous, relaxing and exemplary spa services to the guests and staff. Essential Duties and Assignments include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Provides excellent customer service. Achieve weekly retail sales goals Conduct massages as outlined in Spa brochure Maintain a clean, organized and safe workplace atmosphere in accordance with applicable state, local, OSHA and MSDS mandates. Complies with all applicable Tribal regulations, internal controls and policies and procedures. Documents and reports all exceptions/variations/deviations immediately upon awareness Supervisory Responsibilities None GAMING BACKGROUND NOT REQUIRED Qualifications Min Qualifications High-school certificate/G.E.D License or Certification Required Valid California State/County/City Massage License and Current CPR/1st Aid certification. Min of 2yrs professional massage background. Work conditions/Physical qualifications
