The Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette needs a proven journalist who excels on multiple platforms and can be a leader in the newsroom. -- --This position is responsible for overseeing all of our on-line, editorial activities --- producing content and aiding the newsroom staff in production of content for our web siteand social media efforts.-- Position has direct supervision of web engagement producer. -- --The editor will also work with the advertising and marketing departments to increase the-- visibility of our on-line products. -- The expertise to train other staff members in new web technologies is key, as is the expertise to manage multiple ongoing projects.
