Financial Consultant SUMMARY: Generates new business by meeting and/or contacting new and existing customers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Assignments include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Meets established goals for sales activity/contacts daily for non deposit investments.. - Responds to customer inquiries; explains new and existing products and services and resolves customer complaints. - Meets established goals for Company operations and service. - Pursues extended sales goals, utilizing telephone, referrals and mail. - Establishes relationships with customers, local businesses and community organizations to enhance the overall marketing efforts of the retail sales office by representing the Company at civic, social and community functions. - Enhances knowledge of all new Bank products and services through education and training on a continuous basis. - Maintains communications with customers to determine the satisfaction level with newly opened accounts/services.
