Description Position Opening at Bridgeville Feed Mill The Bridgeville Feed Mill has an opening for a Receiving Operator and is pursuing candidates who are qualified for immediate placement. The hours and days of work are established as needed by operations and at the direction of management. ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION: To off load all bulk ingredients as they come in to insure ingredients are stored in their proper bins. PRINCIPAL JOB ASSIGNMENTS: Unload all bulk and liquid ingredients from trucks and rail cars Probe or sample all ingredients before unloading Perform various housekeeping functions Follow Poultry Welfare Guidelines Reading, writing, and math skills required with a High-school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. The environmental factors and/or physical demands of this position include the following: MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 50 poundS, AND SWING A ten pound. HAMMER. MUST WEAR REQUIRED PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT AS REQUIRED BY PERDUE. Must have 6 mnths of service in their present job.
