Description two DS Machine Operators: one Mondini Operator - Ground Chicken The overall purpose of this position, i.e., what it accomplishes at Perdue and/or why it is: To maintain and adjust the mondini machines in Ground Chicken according to the qualifications one Vemeg Operator - Ground Chicken The overall purpose of this position, i.e., what it accomplishes at Perdue and/or why it is: To maintain and adjust the vemag grinder machines in Ground Chicken according to the qualifications. Responsibilities Describe below the 4 to six major responsibilities of this position which must be fulfilled with or without reasonable accommodation in order to achieve the essential purpose of this position. #1 Make sure to follow Perdue safety policies and procedures. #2 Must be able to work constantly for durations of four hours up to a normal work day of eight to 14 hours.
