Supt, Maintenance Support - (New Orleans, LA)

POSITION DESCRIPTION/PURPOSE Integrates maintenance services and site project activities into plant operations to ensure safe and reliable cost efficient operation. JOB ASSIGNMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES Provides organizational guidance, direction, leadership, and planning for all maintenance services and site project activities. Provides overall direction, planning and performance of Maintenance services departmental cost activities to ensure achievement of budget goals. Identifies Maintenance services departmental training needs, contract support, budget needs, and provides oversight for departmental corrective action, training, and work activities. Fosters an environment of continuous improvement in Human Performance, Industrial Safety and Radiological performance.
