Job DescriptionFunctional Responsibilities:Responsible for maintenance and engineering research and development to achieve product quality objectives.Maintain a serious focus on planning and organizing preventive maintenance projects and tasks as necessary. Expertise to plan, organize and implement a professional preventive maintenance program.Willingness to be accountable for all maintenance department decision making.Monitors progress of maintenance projects, confers with outsourcing consultants, reviews reports to be sure the project is on time and within budgetary guidelines.Responsible for the maintenance operations, establishes priorities, and schedules delivery dates.Develop and revise standard operational and working procedures and practices.Must be proficient in maintaining state of the art process equipment, water treatment systems, CIP systems, and sanitation procedures.Develop recommendations for maintenance systems and technology changes.Provide operational planning reports, action plans
