Positions in this function are responsible for providing ability or general claims support to teams in reviewing, researching, investigating, negotiating, processing and adjusting claims. Authorizes the appropriate payment or refers claims to investigators for further review. Conducts data entry and re-work; analyzes and identifies trends and provides reports as necessary. Key responsibilities:Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily/weekly/monthly activities of a team membersSets priorities for the team to ensure task completion and performance goals are met, such as Quality and Production, and/or Adherence, Service Level and Average Handling TimeCoordinates work activities with other supervisors, managers
