HR/Benefits Coordinator - (Mechanicsburg, PA)

Currently seeking applicants for Human Resources/Benefits role in Mechanicsburg! JOB SUMMARY The HR/Benefits Coordinator is responsible to assist in the development and delivery of Human Resource services and in the specific area of human resources and benefits administration. The position is responsible for the following tasks: Accurate and timely input of all benefit enrollments and changes on a daily basis, including any reimbursements or retro-deductions as it concerns employee deductions. Accurate and timely input of all payroll changes on a daily basis. Establishing, maintaining, and performing administrative processes for any employee benefits that are administered in-house (i.e., Clinical Scholarship Program). Support to employees and field HR Coordinators in the area of basic HR Policy, Procedures, and Practices. Support to employees and field HR Coordinators in the area of benefit administration, including enrollment, eligibility, and claims procedures.
