Java developer Location: Green Bay, WI Fulltime Direct Hire Relocation will be covered This position leads or works as part of a project team to develop software applications that meet or exceed customer expectations. This includes selecting, gathering qualifications, designing, developing and managing project plans, and providing work direction to other developers to develop and implement software solutions. The Software Developer converts system qualifications into application systems through the physical development of the system. Duties of the role include: -Initiate, lead, and implement process improvement opportunities. -Provide input into team and staff meetings. -Provide feedback to partners both directly and for performance management purposes. -Participate in the hiring process of future partners. -Provide technical and business details, support and training to SFI internal customers. -Provide for and participate in educational, personal growth and cross-training opportunities.
