The Manufacturing Supervisor/Team Manager (Night Shift) provides leadership and support to a team of associates within a value stream to maximize safety, product quality, production and cost savings. This is a front-line leadership position, serving night shift associates on a rotating 12-hour shift. The Team Manager ensures all individual and team training qualifications are met and mentors, coaches and counsels associates enabling the team to achieve all value stream performance goals. The Team Manager collaborates across functional areas to achieve overall performance improvements and goals. Medical, dental, vision care and paid vacation are available to associates from the 1st day, including free onsite medical care at our facility's healthcare center. Responsibilities: Lead a team of ten - 25 associates to outstanding performance. Provide guidance, remove constraints, and inspire performance.
