Plant Manager - (Red Rock, AZ)

Overview:The Plant Manager oversees the daily activities of onsite staff and contractors at water/wastewater treatment facilities.Responsibilities:Advises and assists the Project Manager managing the team, including: hiring, on-boarding, performance management, utilization, training, development, salary, promotions, transfers and terminations. Coaches individual and team performance and improvement.Ensures that all SOPs are followed and DOT, OSHA and other requirements are met. Responsible for all environmental performance and regulatory reporting. Leads all Safety efforts, including training, documentation and compliance. Helps create, improve and implement SOPs.Manages 24 hour operations and maintenance activities. Operates and repairs various equipment. Works with and advises on-site staff on diagnosing and solving complex maintenance problems.Communicates with the Project Manager on a regular basis about all aspects of plant operations. Prepares routine and specialized reports as needed.
