Lawn and Landscape Crewmember - (Argos, IN)

Job DescriptionMaintain grounds, daily lawn and landscape appearance, and upkeep of properties. Work ResponsibilitiesWeekly visits to customer properties for regular maintenance and lawn care services. The use of a variety of commercial landscape equipment to include mowers (both walk behind and riders), string trimmers, blowers, pruners and other manual tools is expected. Job site safety, teamwork and great communication are integral parts of this position. Supervisors will ensure that each job is completed efficiently by directing crew members, performing walk-throughs prior to leaving the site, working with management to organize routes, and ensure that all duties are completed for each job. Performs light maintenance on equipment. The expertise to follow a supervisor's instructions, tolerates certain levels of stress and attends work on a punctual regular basis. The expertise to identify challenges and develop solutions on site as well as perform related and other duties as required.
