Client Reference Code: 189638 MAJOR FUNCTION Coordinate with the Construction Supervisor all phases of outside plant construction. Foremost role is the field survey, engineering, design, and construction of outside plant construction projects. Additionally, this position will have exposure to the inside wiring of residential (MDU) and commercial projects. Reports to the Construction Supervisor. Has extensive contact with developers, governmental agencies, contractor management resources, engineering firms, utility companies, and Bright House Networks personnel. JOB DESCRIPTIONStrand map and engineer the routing for residential and commercial projects.Perform site surveys and identify economic viability, including make-ready estimates, of outside plant extensions.Field checks and quality control of any aerial or underground contract crews when necessary
