Programmer Analyst II - (Traverse City, MI)

This is an administrative position responsible for assisting in the continued operation of the data processing system, simple to medium skill level of programming, development and implementation of future expansion of the data processing system, and providing end-user support. The individual in this position exercises judgment in application of data processing policies and procedures under normal supervision. Work is normally reviewed before release by supervisor for compliance with desired results. ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS Internal Reporting DatabaseAvatar maintenance integrity (with CIS) Northern Lakes data management Software updates to agency data collection systems Internal web sitemaintenance and creation Help develop and provide technical training for end user and technical staff. Must be knowledgeable of data structures and be able to access info as requested to produce specialized reports. Assist in the security and integrity of all programs and data, controlled and processed by data processing.
