Works under the supervision of the Tier I Help Desk Manager Using exceptional customer service skills, establishes and maintains effective working relationshipswith other employees, customers, and vendors Operates a motor vehicle to assist in carrying out the daily business of Alpha Technologies Trouble Shooting Client serverspcrsquosnetwork systems. Assist helpdesk personnel with troubleshooting, repairing. Maintain accurate logs and documentation of client and company equipment. Update service requests via ticketing system. Perform daily tasks as assigned. Participate in on call rotation. Expertise to multi task. Requirements Current understanding of personal computers, servers and software packages, including specific knowledge of Microsoft Server Systems. VMWARE- Virtualization Experience MS Sql Server IIS- General knowledge Backup Systems- Veritas, Arcserve or equivalent. Detail oriented and organized Min of high-school certificate or GED equivalent.
