Our long-term care facility has several full-time, supervisory openings for our home care agency. Job Information: - Life insurance, short/long-term disability Qualifications: - Current NYS RN license, driver's license and vehicle - Bachelor Degree in Nursing, two years of background - Liaison with home care agency - Health insurance - Associates Degree in Nursing, 4yrs of background in home care, and six credits in public health or management - 401k - Assist in care coordination - Ensure quality care is provided to clients - Participate in team meetings We Offer: - Full-time, occasional weekend coverage - Aggressive compensation - Supervise home care agency team - PAID-TIME-OFF
