JOB TITLE: Director of Surgical ServicesPOSITION DESCRIPTION:Opportunity to work for a top notch system that offers a wide range of clinical services, recognizes leadership and talent, and promotes individual growth utilizing a team oriented concept. Directs and administers Nursing Services which include the overall operations, administration, planning and fiscal viability of Operating Room/Surgical Services and Central Supply to ensure delivery of quality patient care services in the most efficient and cost effective manner. Ensures compliance with all organizational, state, federal and local regulatory laws and standards and practices. Collaborates with other departmental leaders concerning cross-functional topics or issues. Responsibility for 22 OR suites and 125 FTE's.POSITION LOCATION: Warner Robins, GAPOSITION QUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATION: BSN required.
