Office Operations Specialist Grade 16 Compensation range $47,476 $60,232 The Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene, Inc. is seeking a qualified applicant to fill the full time position of Office Operations Specialist . Reporting to the Managing Director, this position will be responsible for providing administrative and technical support to Central Office and Research Institute staff. Duties: Operations support includes: Providing technical assistance with computer applications and electronic routing software; assist with IT related requests/helpdesk/requests for hardware; provide security administration; facilitating new employee computer, network, phone, email, and corporate credit card access; liaison with phone providers; liaison to the Board of Directors and Committees; assist in preparation of materials for meetings; oversee requests for travel arrangements
