Retail Team Lead - (Traverse City, MI)

Assist in fulfilling the mission of Goodwill by contributing to the management of its retail store, donation and in-store production facility, meeting store appearance, merchandising standards, and customer and team player expectations. The successful applicant must possess a high-level of personal drive and integrity, strong business acumen, effective team building skills, an orientation toward customer service, and accountability. Qualifications: Support the mission and vision of Goodwill Industries of Northern Michigan. Perform work in a safe manner observing all Goodwill safety policies and procedures. Perform duties and interact with all Goodwill teammates, clients, and customers in a professional manner. Respect the diversity of others including, but not limited to, those with cultural, ethnic, and gender differences, individuals experiencing homelessness, and persons with visible or non-visible disabilities Assist management in ensuring the efficient operation of retail operations.
