Met on Main is an Island cafe that focuses on both simply grilled and creatively prepared dishes using the highest quality ingredients available including an abundance of Nantucket's homegrown vegetables and the island's fresh, local seafood. Applicants must have at least three years chef background, positive energy, strong organization skills, cleanliness, and the desire to create an original and unique background for the guest. Assignments include maintaining labor and food costs, ordering and inventories, hiring staff and leading the BOH in a positive way. Housing option is available.
