To be considered for this position, the applicant must have at least 10 yrs' background as a Human Resources Manager in an industrial environment. Responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager: 1. Recruitment and staffing 2. Hiring process (E-Verify, federal and state forms, I9's, etc.) 3. Employment regulation and law compliance 4. Keep updated and informed with all existing and new laws 5. Policy development and documentation 6. Employee relations/counseling 7. OSHA compliance 8. Help maintain a safe working atmosphere 9. Limited travel to our Georgia facility Qualifications of the Human Resources Manager: 1. Bachelor degree in Human Resources 2. Min of 10yrs' background in Human Resources 3. Background in manufacturing facility a plus 4. Management expertise 5. Spanish speaking a plus 6.
