Coordinate the scheduling of shifts, vacations, overtime, training, and work station assignments. ? Promote a team based, positive working environment with effective conflict resolution. ? Organize, prioritize, and maintain work orders in areas of responsibility. ? Coordinate production activities to meet and improve work order estimates. ? Route materials in and out of areas of responsibility. ? Assist with setup and staging of materials for areas of responsibility. ? Operate production equipment as required.
