Quality Technician I - (Fairport, NY)

Position title: Quality Technician I Job Location: Fairport, NY Job Duration: one + Year Contract Working hours :7 to 3:30 M-F with 1/2 hour of unpaid lunch. OT: Case by Case basis Summary: This is an entry level position with focus on administrative tasks but could grow to more depending on applicant's capabilities and interest. Assignments include: Administering the calibration system.This includes scheduling, obtaining, sending out, and receiving in equipment along with keeping the database up to date. Processing document changes in the document control system.This entails working with the requester, processing the update, publishing hardcopy if needed, and processing pertinent info into the document control system. Support of Incoming Inspection. This includes scanning documents, verifying inventories, entering transactions, and performing lower skilled inspection tasks. Performing Production audits.
