Research Assistant for Animal Product Development - (Fort Valley, GA)

Position summary The Research Assistant (RA) in product development will work with the Director, scientists and graduate students in developing meat and dairy products (soap, ice cream, cheese, etc.). The RA will provide support for research by helping in experiments, collecting data and performing operational duties associated with product development for research and outreach. This is a full time position at the Agricultural Research Station in the College of Agriculture, Family Sciences and Technology.
